  • Group-based treatment program that explores self–esteem, communications, anger, leisure and lifestyle balance, relationships, managing anxiety, emotion regulation, and loss and grief

  • Requires a referral from a doctor and a primary diagnosis of depression, anxiety disorders, and/or bipolar disorder

  • Offers assertive community treatment team (age 16+), case management (age 16+), early intervention in psychosis (14 to 35 years of age), youth mental health and addiction service (16 to 25 years of age), telemedicine (age 16+), geriatric case management

  • Offers services to adolescents and adults five days a week

  • Private outpatient program that uses cognitive behavioural therapy, exposure therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy

  • Offers evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy to teach practical skills and strategies to manage mental health issues

  • A therapist will work with the client for approximately 12 sessions
