AbilitiCBT

  • Program created by the governments of Ontario and Manitoba, free for all residents of Ontario and Manitoba

  • For people aged 16+

  • Internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy program that treats anxiety and depression that’s related to aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic, including uncertainty, isolation, caring for family and community members, information overload, and increased stress

  • Allows users to move through modules while being monitored by a professional therapist
